Associate – Trade & Treasury Operations

Company Overview: A global investment office with over 400 employees across 11 offices worldwide is seeking a Trade & Treasury Operations Associate in Boston. The role involves supporting trade execution, settlement, and treasury functions for multi-asset pooled vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage complex trade and cash flow activities across a wide range of asset classes and investment strategies
• Prepare and review investment documentation and wires for accuracy and timely execution
• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity across multiple portfolios and currencies
• Execute cash movements, wire transfers, and funding activities
• Monitor and forecast liquidity needs for portfolio rebalancing and capital calls
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of cash balances and activity across custodian accounts
• Support implementation and enhancement of treasury management systems
• Track capital activity and provide reporting to portfolio managers and senior management
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and support strategic projects

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in trade operations, treasury, or investment operations
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
• Experience with complex portfolio structures and multi-currency environments
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to trading and cash management
• Proficiency with financial systems, including Bloomberg and custodian portals

Compensation: Salary: $65,000 – $85,000
