The Role

We are seeking an experienced, TOGAF-certified Enterprise Architect to define and drive enterprise architecture across a complex, international organisation.

You will own the current-state and target-state architecture, establish standards and governance, and translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps. Working closely with senior stakeholders across business, technology, data, and programme teams, you will drive alignment, influence decisions, and ensure architecture enables delivery, scalability, and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise architecture: Maintain current and target-state architecture across business applications, integrations, data, and core business functions.
• Drive architecture governance: Establish standards, design principles, reference patterns, and decision-making processes.
• Influence stakeholders: Build strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders, align competing priorities, and drive decisions across functions and regions.
• Enable transformation: Partner with programme leaders on CRM, Salesforce, CPQ, and wider business transformation initiatives.
• Shape data strategy: Define data ownership, systems of record, and MDM/PIM alignment with Data & Analytics teams.
• Drive simplification: Develop roadmaps for application rationalisation, integration improvement, and technology consolidation.

Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to turn strategy into execution.

Essential requirements:

• TOGAF certified , with demonstrable experience applying enterprise architecture frameworks in a complex organisation.
• Proven Enterprise Architecture experience, ideally within a global, multi-region environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leadership, challenge assumptions, resolve conflicting priorities, and build cross-functional consensus.
• Hands-on experience defining architecture principles, integration standards, application landscapes, and target-state roadmaps.
• Understanding of distribution or fast-growth business models, including sales, order-to-cash, logistics, and finance.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation programmes involving CRM, Salesforce, CPQ, data, or integration platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
