Job Summary:

We are looking for an SMO Executive to manage and optimize our social media presence, increase brand visibility, engagement, and organic reach across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
• Optimize social media profiles, content, captions, hashtags, keywords, and posting strategies.
• Conduct competitor and audience research to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor social media trends and implement relevant strategies.
• Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
• Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Coordinate with content and creative teams for social media posts, graphics, and videos.
• Track and analyze reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and other social media metrics.
• Use tools such as Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SMO and social media platforms.
• Good understanding of hashtags, keywords, content optimization, and engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
• Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
