• Safely uncrate wooden crates, break open banded metal/plastic strapping, and strip heavy shrink-wrap using appropriate safety de-crating tools (crowbars, pry bars, snips, safety box cutters).
• Separate and sort master packaging cartons (cake boxes, macaron blister trays, custom luxury rigid boxes, cake boards, ribbons) by product line, size, and batch code.
• Inbound Inspection & Quality Assurance (China Shipments):
• Check sea-freight shipments immediately upon uncrating for transit damage: container moisture/condensation, crushed corners, pallet collapse, seal tampering, mold, or pest infiltration.
• Reconcile physical piece counts against packing lists, commercial invoices, and bill of lading (BOL). Report discrepancies, print defects, or damaged batches immediately to procurement/management.
• Storage Allocation & Waste Clearing:
• Transfer and rack verified stock into designated high-density ambient packaging storage bays, applying bin location tags.
• Dismantle and safely stack empty wooden crates/pallets; flatten scrap corrugated cartons and dispose of strapping bands immediately to prevent safety and tripping hazards at the loading dock.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging Inbound & Uncrating (China Shipments - 2x/Month):
• Unload, uncrate, and de-palletize bi-monthly bulk sea shipments from China containing custom pastry boxes, inserts, and packaging accessories.
• Inspect for transit damage/moisture, verify counts against shipping manifests, and rack according to warehouse bin layout.
• Safely dispose of and recycle wooden crates, plastic wrap, and strapping bands.
• Daily Packaging Assembly & Production Support:
• Pre-assemble and fold pastry/cake boxes and base inserts according to the daily baking production run.
• Restock packing lines and packaging stations in advance to prevent operational bottlenecks.
• Forklift & Material Handling:
• Safely drive forklifts, reach trucks, and stackers in narrow aisles, loading docks, and storage rooms.
• Handle bulk ingredient deliveries (flour bags, sugar, chocolate, butter) and packaging pallets.
• Cold Chain & Finished Goods Handling:
• Transfer delicate finished pastries, frozen cakes, and doughs into chillers (0°C to 4°C) and deep freezers (-18°C).
• Enforce strict FEFO / FIFO stock rotation to prevent waste and expired ingredients.
• Outbound Order Picking & Dispatch:
• Pick, pack into outer thermal bags/cartons with ice packs, and hand over retail or outlet delivery orders to drivers.

• 上架入位与废料清理： 将核对无误的包材码放至常温货架对应储位；及时拆解、整理废旧木架与托盘，压平废纸箱，清理打包带，消除卸货通道的安全隐患。
• 预折与组装： 按照中央厨房每日烘焙生产计划，提前预折、组装所需的蛋糕盒、西点礼盒及内衬底托。
• 物料补给： 准时将当日所需包装物料送达包装车间/流水线，确保生产与打包顺畅，不因缺盒停滞。
• 包材库存盘点： 定期盘点各类纸盒、外箱与辅料库存，跟进安全库存水位，防止断货。
• 安全驾驶： 规范操作叉车（Forklift）、前移式堆高机（Reach Truck）或电动液压车，穿梭于高位货架、狭窄通道及冷库。
• 原料移库： 搬运、堆叠并上架大宗烘焙原料（大包面粉、糖、巧克力、乳制品等原料托盘）。
• 设备保养： 执行日常叉车点检（电量、液压、刹车安全），做好充电与日常养护记录。
