Job Responsibilities:
- Phone மற்றும் WhatsApp enquiries-ஐ professional-ஆ handle செய்வது Mind Wings programs பற்றிய details explain செய்வது Interested clients-ஐ தொடர்ந்து follow-up செய்வது Appointments schedule செய்து reminder அனுப்புவது Enquiry மற்றும் client details-ஐ Excel/Google Sheet-ல் update செய்வது Daily enquiry, follow-up மற்றும் appointment report maintain செய்வது Existing clients-க்கு தேவையான support வழங்குவது Office coordination மற்றும் basic admin work கவனிப்பது
Required Skills:
- நல்ல Tamil communication கட்டாயம் Basic English communication Basic computer, Excel மற்றும் WhatsApp knowledge Polite, confident மற்றும் responsible personality Follow-up செய்து clients-ஐ handle செய்யும் திறன் வேலைக்கு punctual-ஆவும் committed-ஆவும் இருக்க வேண்டும்
Experience: Freshers மற்றும் experienced candidates apply செய்யலாம்.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
