1.ทำผังควบคุมการใช้บ่อ

3.จัดทำแผนการล้างบ่อพักและบ่อน้ำเกลือ
4.ประสานงานแผนกจัดซื้อ สั่งซื้อเกลือและเครื่องจักรอุปกรณ์
5.ควบคุมติดตามประสิทธิภาพของการเคล้าปลา
6.จัดระบบและลำดับการหมุนเวียนบ่อน้ำปลา
7.ควบคุมการผลิตน้ำปลา
8.ร่วมกับแผนกบัญชี ตรวจนับสินค้าระหว่างผลิตคงเหลือทุกวันที่ 1 ของเดือน
9.ตรวจสอบรายงานและบันทึกของพนักงานในสายงาน
10.วางแผนการเบิกจ่ายน้ำปลาและประสานงานกับแผนกผลิต 2 ในการกำหนดการเบิกใช้น้ำปลา
