คุณสมบัติ - สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโท สาขาสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ ที่มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพสาธารณสุขหรืออยู่ระหว่างรอผลการสอบ - ใบประกอบวิชาชีพสาธารณสุข หรือเป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีพยาบาลบัณฑิต ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานผ่านโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล (รพ.สต.) - ผ่านการอบรมการพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติ (การรักษาโรคเบื้องต้น) - หากมีประสบการณ์สอนในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา และมีผลงานวิจัยเผยแพร่ใน 5 ปี ย้อนหลัง ไ่ม่นับรวมผลงานวิจัยเพื่อขออนุมัตจบการศึกษา (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) ดาวน์โหลดใบสมัคร : https://www.crc.ac.th/assets/uploads/LanguageContent/work-with-us/crc\_carrer\_th3.pdf
