เรากำลังมองหาผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Warehouse, Logistics หรือ Transportation เพื่อดูแลภาพรวมของกระบวนการ Move Transfer จาก Main Warehouse ไปยัง Satellite Warehouse ตั้งแต่การวางแผนตารางการจัดส่ง การประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง ไปจนถึงการติดตามสถานะและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน เพื่อให้การเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและเป็นไปตาม KPI / SLA ที่กำหนด

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

การวางแผนและบริหารจัดการ

• วางแผน Delivery Schedule ให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณสินค้า ระยะทาง และความพร้อมของแต่ละ Warehouse
• ปรับแผนการจัดส่งตามสถานการณ์จริง เช่น ปริมาณ Order ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือข้อจำกัดด้านน้ำหนักรถ
• ประสานงานกับทีม Operation และ Satellite Warehouse เพื่อยืนยันเวลารับ–ส่งสินค้า

การประสานงานกับ Vendor / Transporter

• ประสานงานกับ Vendor / Carrier / Transporter เพื่อยืนยัน Slot และตารางการจัดส่ง
• ติดตามความพร้อมของรถและสถานะการจัดส่งให้เป็นไปตามแผน
• แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเมื่อเกิดความล่าช้าหรือไม่เป็นไปตามแผน
• จัดทำ Contingency Plan เช่น การหา Vendor สำรอง หรือปรับเส้นทางขนส่ง

การติดตาม Operation

• ติดตามการเตรียมสินค้าในแต่ละ Process ให้เป็นไปตาม SLA
• ตรวจสอบจำนวนและความถูกต้องของสินค้าในแต่ละ Shipment
• วิเคราะห์และเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนการขนส่ง
• สนับสนุนการทดสอบและนำ WMS Feature ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Move Transfer มาใช้งาน

Data & Reporting

• ดูแลและอัปเดตข้อมูล Schedule, Performance Metrics และ Tracking Records
• จัดทำรายงานและสรุปผลการดำเนินงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาและทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การทำงานร่วมกับทีมอื่น

• ประสานงานกับทีม Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Operation และ Satellite Warehouse
• สื่อสารปัญหา ความล่าช้า หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงแผนให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบอย่างทันท่วงที

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรี สาขา Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Warehouse Operation, Logistics หรือ Transportation 3–5 ปี
• มีทักษะด้านการวางแผน การจัดลำดับความสำคัญ และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets ได้ดี เช่น VLOOKUP และ Pivot Table
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายทีมและทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน WMS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ หรือทำงานในวันหยุดตามที่บริษัทกำหนดได้

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Transportation to oversee the Move Transfer process from the Main Warehouse to Satellite Warehouses.

This role will be responsible for delivery planning, carrier coordination, shipment monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure smooth product movement and consistent performance against defined KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Planning & Operations

• Plan and manage delivery schedules based on shipment volume, distance, and warehouse readiness.
• Adjust delivery plans according to actual operational situations, such as changes in order volume or truck weight limitations.
• Coordinate with Operations and Satellite Warehouse teams to confirm delivery schedules and receiving slots.

Vendor & Carrier Coordination

• Coordinate with Vendors, Carriers, and Transporters to confirm delivery slots and schedules.
• Monitor vehicle readiness and delivery status to ensure operations remain on schedule.
• Resolve unexpected operational issues and delays in a timely manner.
• Develop contingency plans, such as arranging backup Vendors or adjusting transportation routes.

Operations Monitoring

• Monitor product preparation across each process to ensure SLA compliance.
• Verify shipment quantities and product accuracy.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
• Support the testing and implementation of WMS features related to the Move Transfer process.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain and update Schedule, Performance Metrics, and Tracking Records.
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates for management and relevant stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Operations, and Satellite Warehouse teams.
• Communicate operational issues, delays, and schedule changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Transportation.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
• Able to work in shifts or on holidays according to business requirements.
