Job Description
- จัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบสำหรับประกอบอาหารตามเมนูและมาตรฐานของห้องอาหาร
- ช่วยประกอบและปรุงอาหารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าครัว
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและความสดใหม่ของวัตถุดิบก่อนนำมาใช้งาน
- ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของพื้นที่ครัว อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือ
- จัดเก็บวัตถุดิบและอาหารให้ถูกต้องตามหลักสุขอนามัยและ Food Safety
- ควบคุมการใช้วัตถุดิบให้เหมาะสม ลดการสูญเสีย และแจ้งหัวหน้างานเมื่อวัตถุดิบใกล้หมด
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualification
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม.3 / ปวช. ขึ้นไป สาขาอาหารและโภชนาการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสนใจและรักงานด้านการประกอบอาหาร
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงวันเสาร์–อาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานครัว ร้านอาหาร โรงแรม หรือธุรกิจ Food & Beverage จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
