What they need
- ดูแลลูกค้าเก่า และหาลูกค้าใหม่ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- นำเสนอสินค้า/บริการ เจรจาต่อรอง และปิดการขาย
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา สัญญา และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การตลาด ผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้ส่งมอบงานตามกำหนด
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการ และแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสม
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย และอัปเดตข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบ
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้า เพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจเพิ่มเติม
