What they need
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- ดูแลและบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า ทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาทางธุรกิจ
- รับบรีฟจากลูกค้า วิเคราะห์และแปลงเป็นเป้าหมาย งาน และ deliverables ที่ชัดเจน
- ประสานงานทีมภายในและฝั่งลูกค้า เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
- วางแผนและดูแลโปรเจกต์ตั้งแต่เริ่มจนส่งมอบงานและรายงานผล
- ติดตามความคืบหน้า แก้ปัญหาเชิงรุก และบริหารความคาดหวังลูกค้า
- ดูแลเรื่องงบประมาณ ต้นทุน และความคุ้มค่าของโปรเจกต์
- มองหาโอกาสในการต่อยอดงาน (upsell / cross-sell) จากผลงานและ insight
คุณสมบัติ
- มีทักษะ Account Management และการดูแลลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี
- บริหารหลายโปรเจกต์และหลาย stakeholder ได้พร้อมกัน
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และการจัดการความคาดหวัง
- คิดเชิงวิเคราะห์และเข้าใจมุมมองทางธุรกิจ
- ทำงานเป็นทีม และสามารถประสานงานกับทีมภายในได้ดี
- สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับทำงานได้
