ลักษณะงาน
ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ , ใบกำกับภาษี , ใบเสร็จรับเงิน , ใบลดหนี้ , ใบเพิ่มหนี้
จัดเก็บ, เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับทำใบวางบิลให้กับลูกค้า
ทำใบสำคัญจ่าย ค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าแรง อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และใช้ word excel ได้ดี
ออกหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ภ.ง.ด.3 , 53
จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ - ภาษีขาย
กระทบยอด STM
ตรวจสอบเอกสารบิลซื้อที่ได้รับมาให้ถูกต้อง
-จัดเตรียมเอกสาร บิลซื้อ - บิลขาย ให้ สนง.บัญชี
-จัดเรียงเอกสารต่างๆ
- ประสานงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท และงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
🎓 คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
มีความซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน และละเอียดรอบคอบ
มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และความรับผิดชอบสูง
