What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
· จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) และเอกสารเรียกเก็บเงินให้ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
· ติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า และตรวจสอบยอดค้างชำระ
· กระทบยอดการรับชำระเงินกับใบแจ้งหนี้และระบบบัญชี
· ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย คลังสินค้า และฝ่ายบัญชี เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการวางบิลและการรับชำระ
· ติดตามลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ พร้อมจัดทำรายงานสถานะลูกหนี้ (Aging Report)
· จัดทำใบลดหนี้ (Credit Note) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องตามกระบวนการของบริษัท
· บันทึกข้อมูลการรับชำระเงินและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าระบบ
· จัดเก็บเอกสารด้าน Billing และ Collection ให้เป็นระเบียบ
· สนับสนุนงานด้านบัญชีและการเงินตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ:
· ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
· มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Billing, Collection, Account Receivable (AR) หรือบัญชีลูกหนี้ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
· สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ในระดับดี
· มีทักษะในการติดตามงานและประสานงานที่ดี
· มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ระยะเวลาที่กำหนดได้
· มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
· หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
