Accountant – AR

About the role

This role involves managing accounts receivable operations, including recording sales transactions, issuing tax invoices and credit notes, and processing receipts in PEAK and Microsoft Dynamics systems. You will reconcile customer balances, match bank transfers to invoices, and support month-end closing procedures.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

* บันทึกยอดขาย ออกใบกำกับภาษี ใบลดหนี้ และบันทึกการรับชำระเงินในระบบ PEAK และ Microsoft Dynamics

* รวบรวมและตรวจรายงานยอดขายจากห้างสรรพสินค้า Marketplace และหน้าร้าน

* จับคู่เงินโอนเข้าบัญชีกับใบแจ้งหนี้ของลูกค้าและตัวแทนจำหน่าย

* ช่วยกระทบยอดลูกหนี้รายตัว ยอดเงินจาก Marketplace และยอดเงินสด/บัตรเครดิตของหน้าร้าน

* จัดทำ Statement ส่งลูกค้า และติดตามยอดค้างชำระเบื้องต้น

* รวบรวมหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย (50 ทวิ) และเอกสารประกอบการรับเงิน

* เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน

* สนับสนุนงานของ Senior Accountant – AR และสำนักงานบัญชีภายนอก

* ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

* ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี

* ประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 2 ปี และมีพื้นฐานงาน AR

* มีความรู้พื้นฐานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย

* ใช้ Excel ได้ดี

* ถ้าเคยทำงานในธุรกิจค้าปลีก/จัดจำหน่าย หรือเคยใช้ PEAK หรือ Microsoft Dynamics จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

* ละเอียดรอบคอบ เป็นระเบียบ ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ และพร้อมเรียนรู้

Responsibilities

* Record sales, issue tax invoices and credit notes, and record receipts in PEAK and Microsoft Dynamics

* Collect and check sales reports from department stores, Marketplaces and retail stores

* Match incoming bank transfers to customer and dealer invoices

* Help reconcile customer balances, Marketplace payouts and retail cash/card sales

* Send customer statements and do first-level follow-up on overdue balances

* Collect withholding tax certificates and supporting documents for receipts

* Prepare documents for month-end closing

* Support the Senior Accountant – AR and the outsourced accounting firm

* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting

* At least 2 years of accounting experience with an AR background

* Basic knowledge of Thai VAT and withholding tax

* Good Excel skills

* Retail/distribution experience or experience with PEAK or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage

* Detail-oriented, organized, a team player and eager to learn
