-บันทึกและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชี อาทิ รายรับ–รายจ่าย
-จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และเอกสารทางการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-รายละเอียดงานด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) / ลูกหนี้ (AR)
-ติดตามใบส่งของ ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี หลังส่งสินค้าให้ลูกค้า
-จัดทำใบวางบิล และเตรียมการวางบิล
-ติดตามทวงถามการชำระหนี้
-ติดต่อรับเช็ค และประสานงานลูกค้า
-ตรวจสอบรายการยอดเงินโอน/เงินฝากธนาคาร รายการ Statement Bank
-จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินประจำเดือน
-ดูแลเรื่องภาษี เช่น VAT, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
-งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
