รายละเอียดงาน
- บริหารจัดการงานบัญชีและการเงิน ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานและกฎหมาย
- วางแผนและบริหาร Cash Flow และ Working Capital เพื่อให้เกิดสภาพคล่องสูงสุด
- จัดทำและควบคุม งบประมาณ (Budget) และวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงาน (Variance Analysis)
- จัดทำงบการเงิน รายงานผู้บริหาร และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
- ดูแลการปิดงบรายเดือน/รายปี และประสานงานกับ Auditor
- บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับสถาบันการเงิน และจัดหาแหล่งเงินทุน
- วางแผนภาษี (Tax Planning) และควบคุมความเสี่ยงด้านภาษี
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุง Internal Control / ระบบงาน / ERP
- บริหารทีมบัญชีและการเงิน ให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบัญชี / การเงิน
- อายุระหว่าง 33 - 45 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีและการเงิน อย่างน้อย 10 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างาน/ผู้จัดการ
- มีความรู้ด้าน Financial Management, Tax, Cash Flow
- หากมี CPA จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ และการสื่อสารกับผู้บริหารได้ดี
