Accounting Manager/ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the company’s overall accounting and financial operations. The role focuses on strategic planning, tax management, and delivering accurate financial information to support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Plan, review, and supervise the full spectrum of accounting functions (AR, AP, GL, Assets) in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and monthly/annual performance analysis reports for management review.
• Tax Management: Manage corporate tax matters, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and coordinate with the Revenue Department and related authorities.
• Budgeting & Cash Flow: Prepare annual budgets and effectively manage cash flow.
• Internal Control: Develop and enhance internal control systems to mitigate risks and minimize errors.
• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the accounting team’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience (3–5 years in a managerial role will be an advantage).
• License: Must hold a CPD license. CPA qualification will be an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and Thai accounting standards.
• Software: Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or others).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
