รับผิดชอบการบริหารจัดการงานบัญชี ภาษี และกระแสเงินสดของบริษัท Family holding ของครอบครัว ดูแลความถูกต้องของงบการเงิน วางแผนภาษีเพื่อปกป้องความมั่งคั่งของครอบครัว และประสานงานตรวจสอบบัญชี โดยเน้นความถูกต้อง รัดกุม และรักษาความลับสูงสุด

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings in compliance with Thai accounting standards.
2. Prepare consolidated financial statements, portfolio asset summaries, and executive reports for key shareholders
3. Oversee statutory tax compliance and filing (Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, Specific Business Tax, and Land & Building Tax).
4. Formulate and implement tax strategies specific to holding companies, including dividend income optimization, capital gains, and shareholding restructuring.
5. Manage group liquidity, cash flow forecasting, dividend distribution/receipt, and intercompany fund transfers/loans.
6. Act as the key liaison with external auditors, the Revenue Department, and relevant regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Accounting.
2. Working as Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager with Prior experience managing Holding Companies, Family Offices, Real Estate/Investment firms

4. In-depth mastery of Thai corporate tax law, holding company tax exemptions, and dividend taxation structures.
5. Certified Accounting Practitioner (CPD) license is required
