What they need
รายละเอียดงาน
- ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้าให้ถูกต้อง
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) และใบเสร็จรับเงินตามรอบการเรียกเก็บ
- ติดตามหนี้ค้างชำระ พร้อมประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้ชำระตรงเวลา
- จัดทำรายงานอายุลูกหนี้ (Aging Report) และสรุปยอดคงค้างให้ผู้บริหาร
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของยอดลูกหนี้ในระบบบัญชี
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องหากมีปัญหาด้านยอดค้างหรือเอกสาร
- จัดทำเอกสารรับชำระ เคลียร์ยอด และนำส่งเอกสารให้ฝ่ายบัญชี
- สนับสนุนงานปิดงบรายเดือน/รายปีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกหนี้

คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี, การเงิน, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Accounts Receivable อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีและ Excel ได้คล่อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานตามกำหนดเวลาได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและติดตามลูกค้าได้ดี
