What they need
1.บันทึกข้อมูลรายการทางบัญชีลงในระบบ
2.บันทึกข้อมูลการรับเงินจากช่องทางต่าง ๆ ให้ครบถ้วน
3.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการที่ตนเองบันทึก เช่น ยอดเงิน เอกสาร และความครบถ้วนของข้อมูล
4.แก้ไขรายการที่บันทึกไม่ถูกต้องให้ถูกต้องตามเอกสารอ้างอิง
5.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในส่วนของรายการที่ตนเองบันทึก
6.สนับสนุนงานปิดงบรายเดือน โดยจัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบก่อนส่งให้ Senior
7.จัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เป็นระเบียบและสามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
8. จัดทำรายการจ่ายเงินตามเอกสาร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านบัญชีและภาษี
- ใช้ Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชีได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และรับผิดชอบงานได้ดี
