หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการเบิกจ่าย
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของการบันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ และค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย
จัดทำตารางคุมค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ
ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีซื้อ ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
แก้ไขปัญหาในการทำงาน และสร้างความเข้าใจ เรื่องเอกสารและขั้นตอนการเบิกจ่ายให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
งานด้านบัญชีและภาษีอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
ป.ตรี บัญชี
มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
มีทักษะในการใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
หากเคยใช้โปรแกรม SAP B1 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะในการสื่อสารดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
มีทักษะในการจัดการ
