หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

ติดต่อและนัดหมายลูกค้า พร้อมจัดตารางงานซ่อมและงานติดตั้ง
เปิดงานซ่อมและมอบหมายงานให้ช่าง
ประสานงานด้านงานซ่อมระหว่างช่าง พนักงานขาย และสำนักงานใหญ่
ประสานงานกับทีม Call Center, Collection และ Customer Service ตามที่เกี่ยวข้อง
บันทึกข้อมูลงานติดตั้งและงานซ่อมที่ดำเนินการเสร็จแล้วลงในระบบ (DD System) ให้ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิ ปวส. – ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office เช่น Excel, Word และ PowerPoint ได้
มีทักษะการสื่อสาร เจรจาต่อรอง และประสานงานที่ดี
มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหา และสามารถตัดสินใจตามขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบได้
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถจัดการข้อมูลและเอกสารได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
มีใจรักงานบริการ สุภาพ ใจเย็น และสามารถรับมือกับสถานการณ์กดดันได้ดี
มีความรับผิดชอบ และมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
