หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแลงาน HR Full Function ทั้งระบบ
- วางแผนและดำเนินการด้านสรรหา การจ้างงาน การประเมินผล การปรับเงินเดือน และพัฒนาบุคลากร
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงนโยบาย ระเบียบบริษัท และระบบบริหารงานบุคคล
- ดูแลงานแรงงานสัมพันธ์และกฎหมายแรงงาน
- บริหารงานธุรการสำนักงานและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
- สนับสนุนผู้บริหารและดูแลการดำเนินงานขององค์กรให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติ
- สัญชาติไทย
- สามารถสื่อสาร ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR Full Function และงานธุรการ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Shipping จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีภาวะผู้นำและสามารถบริหารทีมได้
