รายละเอียดงาน

• Responsible for managing administrative duties such as managing files & documents.

• Follow up report from all department

• Keep track of pending task and coordinate to finish

• General coordinator of internal departments

• Other related Administrative tasks.

• Screening job applications and candidate profiles

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences

• Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews

• ติดตาม ตรวจสอบการอัพเดทข้อมูลของฝ่ายก่อสร้าง ในโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป (Mango System)

• ตรวจสอบการจัดเก็บเอกสาร ในส่วนของ Hard copy และ Soft copy

• ตรวจสอบงานเอกสารความถูกต้องของใบเสร็จรับเงินของผู้รับเหมา

• งานธุรการทั่วไปอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• การตรวจสอบและคัดกรองใบสมัครงานรวมถึงประวัติของผู้สมัคร

• ประสานงานกับผู้บังคับบัญชาสายงาน: ร่วมมือกับผู้จัดการฝ่าย/แผนกเพื่อทำความเข้าใจความต้องการและคุณสมบัติของตำแหน่งงานที่ระบุ

• การนัดหมายและประสานงานการสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัคร

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management or related fields

• Good communication skills both in English & Thai (Listen, speak, read, write)

• Have knowledge in Real Estate industry is an advantage

• Skilled in systematic document management

• Have experience in Microsoft Office /ERP-Mango

• Proficient in using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (Excel)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and priorities multiple tasks
