หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- ติดต่อและนัดหมายลูกค้าเพื่อกำหนดวันและเวลาเข้าติดตั้งสินค้า
- บันทึกและเปิดงานติดตั้งในระบบ (DD System)
- มอบหมายงานติดตั้งให้ช่าง และติดตามความคืบหน้างานให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้า ช่างเทคนิค ฝ่ายขาย และสำนักงานใหญ่ เพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปตามแผน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และตรงต่อเวลา
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน เจรจาต่อรอง และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- เรียนรู้ได้เร็ว สามารถปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และมีใจรักงานบริการ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office เช่น Excel, Word และ PowerPoint ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือพร้อมเริ่มงานทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
