What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ตรวจสอบ บันทึก และสรุปผลการใช้วัตถุดิบประจำวันให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ประสานงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต และติดตามผลการแก้ไข
- บันทึกและจัดทำรายงานผลการวางแผนการผลิต และ KPI ส่งผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ตรวจสอบและรวบรวมข้อมูลมาตรฐานการทำงาน (STD. Condition)
- ตรวจสอบและบันทึกสภาพพื้นที่ เครื่องจักร และโครงสร้างอาคารทั้งภายในและภายนอก ที่อาจส่งผลต่อการผลิต
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- จัดทำ สรุป และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิตด้วยโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel เช่น การบันทึกข้อมูล การจัดทำตาราง สรุปผล และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิ ปวส. – ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ ชอบงานเอกสารและงานประสานงาน
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้ในระดับพื้นฐาน–ดี (เช่น บันทึกข้อมูล ทำตาราง สรุปข้อมูล และใช้สูตรพื้นฐานได้)
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานธุรการโรงงาน หรือธุรกิจผลิต จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
