Administrative Driver

About the role

This is a driver position responsible for operating company vehicles safely and efficiently, transporting personnel and goods according to scheduled allocations, and maintaining vehicles in proper working condition.

1. ต้องเป็นพนักงานสัญชาติไทย สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนพื้นฐานได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
2. มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ของประเทศไทยที่ถูกต้องและยังใช้งานได้
3. มีประสบการณ์ขับรถ 10 ปีขึ้นไป ไม่มีประวัติอุบัติเหตุร้ายแรง ไม่มีประวัติผิดกฎจราจรอย่างรุนแรง เช่น ขับขี่ขณะเมาสุรา หรือเมาแล้วขับ
4. มีความสามารถในการรับมือสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินพื้นฐาน เช่น ขั้นตอนการจัดการเมื่อรถเสียกลางทางหรือเกิดอุบัติเหตุเล็กน้อย สามารถตรวจสอบปัญหาง่าย ๆ ที่พบบ่อยได้ เช่น ยาง เบรก น้ำมัน/น้ำ ไฟส่องสว่าง เป็นต้น

Key responsibilities

• Comply strictly with traffic regulations and company vehicle usage policies; drive safely and avoid prohibited actions such as driving under the influence, speeding, or driving while fatigued
• Operate vehicles according to scheduled allocations; transport personnel and parcels/goods; follow vehicle assignments without arbitrary refusal; do not lend vehicles to others without authorization
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before departure, during driving, and after parking; check tyres, brakes, engine oil, water, and electrical systems including lights; report any defects or risks immediately and do not operate vehicles with problems
• Maintain and clean assigned vehicles daily; keep interior and exterior clean and orderly; coordinate periodic inspections annually; maintain insurance as scheduled; track repairs and maintain vehicle records including mileage, fuel refills, repairs, and trip logs
• Safeguard vehicle keys, driving licence, vehicle documents, and other assets inside the vehicle; protect transported goods during travel to prevent loss or damage
• Maintain company confidentiality during work; avoid unnecessary discussion of internal company matters; provide service with courtesy and good manners
• Perform emergency vehicle dispatch duties during night hours or weekends as required
