What they need
- วางแผนและบริหารโฆษณา Facebook, Instagram, TikTok และ Google Ads
- สร้างและ Optimize Campaign เพื่อเพิ่ม Conversion, ROAS และลด CPA
- วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์จาก Metrics เช่น CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA และ ROAS พร้อมหา Insight เพื่อพัฒนาแคมเปญ
- ทำ A/B Testing ด้าน Creative, Audience และ Ad Copy
- บริหารงบโฆษณา ปรับ Budget และ Scale Campaign ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงาน Performance รายวัน/รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน และ Dashboard เบื้องต้น
- ประสานงานกับทีม Content และ Designer เพื่อพัฒนา Creative ที่ช่วยเพิ่มยอดขาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Digital Ads / Performance Marketing 1–3 ปี
- ใช้งาน Meta Ads / TikTok Ads ได้จริง
- เข้าใจการอ่านและวิเคราะห์ data
- มีประสบการณ์ optimize campaign ให้ performance ดีขึ้น
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และชอบทำงานกับตัวเลข
