What they need
Responsibilities:
- วางแผนการฝึกอบรมทางเทคนิค และดำเนินการพัฒนาปรับปรุงหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน
- ดำเนินการเป็นวิทยากรฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรด้านยานยนต์อีซูซุ
- บริหารจัดการและจัดทำกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากร (HRD) ของตัวแทนจำหน่าย เช่น การแข่งขันวัดทักษะ (Skill Contest) และอื่นๆ
- บูรณาการความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา (สอศ.) เพื่อสนับสนุนการแข่งขันทักษะวิชาชีพและการจัดเตรียมการฝึกอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications:
- วุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ในสาขาวิชายานยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการวางแผนงาน คิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ และสามารถออกแบบ/พัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม (Training Curriculum) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ในระดับดี หากมีความสามารถในการพัฒนาสื่อการสอนหรือใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบเบื้องต้น จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ (Presentation Skills) และมีความสามารถในการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรได้ดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้น ทัศนคติเชิงบวก มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และมีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานพัฒนาบุคลากร (HRD), การจัดการฝึกอบรม, หรืองานด้านบริการหลังการขายในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
