AOI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot SMT AOI and SPI inspection equipment.
• Program and optimize inspection parameters to improve defect detection accuracy and reduce false calls.
• Analyze inspection results and troubleshoot SMT defects, implementing corrective actions.
• Support production quality improvement, yield enhancement, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain equipment records and provide technical support to production teams.
• ใช้งาน บำรุงรักษา และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องตรวจสอบ AOI และ SPI ในกระบวนการ SMT
• ตั้งโปรแกรมและปรับพารามิเตอร์การตรวจสอบ เพื่อเพิ่มความแม่นยำในการตรวจจับข้อบกพร่องและลดการแจ้งเตือนที่ผิดพลาด
• วิเคราะห์ผลการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาข้อบกพร่องในกระบวนการ SMT พร้อมดำเนินมาตรการแก้ไข
• สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการผลิต เพิ่มอัตราผลผลิต และดำเนินกิจกรรมปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• จัดทำบันทึกข้อมูลเครื่องจักรและให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคแก่ทีมผลิต

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience with SMT inspection equipment.
• Hands-on experience with SPI and AOI equipment is highly preferred; 3D X-Ray experience is an advantage.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic English reading skills for technical manuals and documents.
• วุฒิอนุปริญญาหรือปริญญาตรีสาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ 2–5 ปีในการทำงานกับเครื่องตรวจสอบในกระบวนการ SMT
• หากมีประสบการณ์โดยตรงกับเครื่อง SPI และ AOI จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ หากมีประสบการณ์กับเครื่อง 3D X-Ray จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
• สามารถอ่านคู่มือเครื่องจักรและเอกสารทางเทคนิคภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐานได้
