Application Support Specialist (Software)

   กำลังมองหา Application Support Specialist (Software) ที่จะดูแลระบบ CRM, CDP Software ให้กับลูกค้า และสานต่อเป้าหมายและเติบโตไปพร้อมกัน สวัสดิการไม่แพ้บริษัทใหญ่ๆ ในบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ช่วยเหลือกัน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพร้อมและเป็นกันเอง

Responsibilities:

• Manage Support System internally.
• Understand customer issues and requirement, investigate and help customer resolve issues.
• Document and prepare service report to customer.
• Understand CRM system and CRM software projects
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
• Provide remote Application, Software and/or System support and maintenance CRM services to customer.
• Develop and provide consultation to customer on the design, setup, and implementation of the Big Data Technology and Infrastructure.
• Be able to do shift work

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• 1+ years experiences in Application Support, System Support or Software Support.
• Basic SQL language and Flowchart, Diagram skill.
• High ability to learn new technology.
• Knowledge about CDP, CRM and Salesforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of Software installation and Setting up is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cloud Consulting or Digital Consulting is a plus.
• Good communication skills with service minded and positive energy.
• Experienced in ERP, SAP, SAS, SaaS, CDP or CRM or Salesforce is a plus.
• Thai speaker with Good command in English speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Operating System (Linux, Cloud Technology) and TCP/IP Networking.
• Experienced in IT, Technology, Software and Architecture design, Application development, Software development life cycle is a plus.
