What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- บันทึกข้อมูลการขาย และออกใบแจ้งหนี้ให้กับลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบแจ้งหนี้ และเอกสารประกอบการขาย
- ติดตามสถานะการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า และจัดทำรายงาน Aging Report
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อเร่งรัดการชำระหนี้
- ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการทวงหนี้ตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปสถานะลูกหนี้คงค้าง และนำเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- กระทบยอดธนาคาร
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย และฝ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีลูกหนี้ อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการบัญชี และภาษี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Peak ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และประสานงานที่ดี
