-จัดทำแบบ Preliminary Design และ Schematic Design
-จัดทำแบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น
-Floor Plan
-Elevation
-Section
-Site Plan
-Building Layout
-ออกแบบรูปแบบและรูปลักษณ์ของอาคารให้เหมาะสมกับประเภทโครงการ
-ออกแบบพื้นที่ให้สามารถใช้งานได้จริง สะดวก และปลอดภัย
-ปรับแก้แบบตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารหรือผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
-ออกแบบหรือกำหนด Concept งานตกแต่งภายในและภายนอก
-ออกแบบ Façade และองค์ประกอบภายนอกอาคาร
-กำหนด Mood & Tone ของโครงการ
-เลือกและกำหนดแนวทางการใช้วัสดุ สี และ Finishing
-ออกแบบหรือจัดวาง Furniture Layout
-ออกแบบ Signage และองค์ประกอบด้านภาพลักษณ์ของพื้นที่
-กำหนดแนวทาง Landscape และพื้นที่ภายนอกอาคาร
-จัดทำหรือควบคุมการจัดทำ 3D Perspective / Rendering สำหรับนำเสนองาน
