- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์
- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพ ระดับสามัญ
- ใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketcu up ได้ดี
- สามารถอ่านแบบและถอดแบบได้
- มีความรู้ด้านแบบก่อสร้าง รายละเอียดวัสดุ และมาตรฐานงานสถาปัตยกรรม
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน อย่างน้อย 15 ปี ขึ้นไป
