หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the complete ocean export process from booking to final shipment departure.

• Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.

• Review and approve shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Shipping Instructions (SI), VGM, and export declarations.

• Monitor vessel schedules and proactively manage shipment delays or disruptions.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs.

• Handle special cargo, project cargo, DG cargo, and reefer shipments when required.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in ocean freight export operations within the freight forwarding industry.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations, shipping documentation, Incoterms, and international trade practices.

• Experience working with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems (CargoWise, SAP, ERP, or TMS).

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Experience handling multinational or key account customers.

• Knowledge of customs regulations and export compliance.

• Experience in process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

• Additional language skills are an advantage.
