What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
- ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด คู่แข่ง และความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ (Feasibility Study)
- วิเคราะห์การลงทุน จัดทำ Financial Model และสนับสนุนการจัดทำ Business Plan
- จัดทำ ติดตาม และควบคุมงบประมาณโครงการ พร้อมประสานงานกับฝ่ายการเงิน
- จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารเพื่อเสนอขออนุมัติต่อผู้บริหาร
- ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการ วิเคราะห์ผลเทียบกับแผนธุรกิจ และเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาโครงการ
คุณสมบัติ (Qualification)
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน อสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Project Development Strategy, Investment Analysis หรือ Business Planning 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ด้าน Feasibility Study, Financial Model และ Business Plan
