รายละเอียดงาน

• วางแผนและกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานก่อสร้างให้เกิดความสอดคล้องด้านเวลา
• วางแผนและกำกับการดูแลการใช้งบประมาณตามที่กำหนด
• ควบคุมดูแลความเรียบร้อย อำนวยความสะดวก และประสานงานเพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่และจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ภายในโครงการ
• ควบคุมดูแลการบริหารการก่อสร้างและการทำงานผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามสัญญาที่กำหนด

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา

• มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ ภาคีวิศวกรประเภทโยธา (ภย.)

• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปี ขึ้นไป ในสายงานก่อสร้างประเภทอาคารที่พักอาศัย

• สามารถอ่านแบบ ถอดปริมาณจากแบบได้

• สามารถจัดทำ BOQ / Term Payment / Schedule ได้อย่างละเอียด

• สำรวจหน้างาน / เข้าประชุมกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในการออกแบบ และจัดทำต้นทุนโครงการ

• สามารถใช้ Auto CAD, MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานก่อสร้าง

• มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง กระตือรือร้น และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี

• มีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและมีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา มีทัศนคติที่ดี กล้าตัดสินใจ และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีม
