*Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year in an assistant role or 3 years as a supervisor position.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced luxury resort setting.
