คุณจะได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมที่มุ่งมั่นในการสร้างสรรค์ประสบการณ์ด้านอาหารและการบริการที่โดดเด่นให้กับลูกค้า

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• ดูแลและบริหารการดำเนินงานทั้ง Front of House (FOH) และ Back of House (BOH) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพของบริษัท
• ดูแลและนำทีมพนักงานครัวและพนักงานบริการ โดยให้คำแนะนำ ฝึกอบรม และสร้างแรงจูงใจ เพื่อให้ทีมสามารถส่งมอบบริการที่ดีเยี่ยมแก่ลูกค้า
• ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลมาตรฐานการเสิร์ฟอาหาร รวมถึงมาตรฐานด้านสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยด้านอาหารให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท

คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา

• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี ในธุรกิจอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (Food & Beverage)
• มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ หัวหน้างาน หรือผู้ควบคุมดูแลทีม
• มีทักษะด้าน ภาวะผู้นำและการสื่อสารที่ดี
• มีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจและแก้ไขสถานการณ์ได้อย่างเหมาะสม
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ระบบ Point of Sale (POS) หรือซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับบริหารจัดการร้านอาหาร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน สุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร
• มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาและสามารถดูแลและให้บริการลูกค้าได้ดี
• หากมีทักษะด้าน Barista จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ สำหรับตำแหน่งประจำ 2 สาขาใหม่ที่กำลังจะเปิดดำเนินการ

About the role

The Side Project Studio is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager with expertise and energy to join our team. This is a key role in supporting efficient restaurant management, managing daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will be part of a team dedicated to creating outstanding culinary experiences and impressive service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Front of house and Back of house operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and efficiency
• Lead kitchen and serving staff by providing guidance, training, and motivation to deliver excellent service
• Enforce food serving regulations and safety standards in accordance with company policy

About you

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the food and beverage service industry
• Experience in a management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good decision-making ability
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software is beneficial
• Deep understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Problem-solving ability and customer support skills
• Barista skills will be specially considered for two new branches
