Asst. Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging) ประจำนิคมสินสาคร

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and KPIs.
• Report sales performance and provide recommendations to Sale manager

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (experience in Flexible Packaging or related industry is required).
3. Strong leadership and people management skills
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
5. Analytical, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
6. Good command of English (written and spoken).
7. Have own car and driving license.
8. Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
