What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- จัดทำแบบจำลอง 3D ของโครงการอาคาร/โครงสร้างงานระบบ ตามแบบวิศวกรรมหรือสถาปัตยกรรม
- ใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ BIM เช่น Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCAD ฯลฯ
- ประสานงานกับวิศวกร สถาปนิก และฝ่ายงานระบบ (MEP) เพื่อให้แบบจำลองมีความถูกต้องและสมบูรณ์
- ตรวจสอบความขัดแย้งของงาน (Clash Detection) และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- จัดทำ Shop Drawing, แบบสำหรับก่อสร้าง และแบบ As-built
- สนับสนุนการคำนวณปริมาณวัสดุ (BOQ) จากโมเดล
คุณสมบัติของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่ง
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปวส./ปริญญาตรี สาขา ไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานโมเดลก่อสร้าง 1-3 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360 ได้ดี
- มีความเข้าใจระบบงานก่อสร้างและการประสานงานระหว่างแบบ (Architectural, Structural, MEP)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- หากมีใบรับรอง Autodesk Certified Professional จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
