- บริหารจัดการและดูแลการดำเนินงานของร้านทั้งหมดเพื่อให้การบริการมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- สร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้าผ่านการบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมและการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า
- จัดการอุปกรณ์และวางแผนการใช้ทรัพยากรในร้านอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- สรุปรายงานการดำเนินงานประจำสัปดาห์ร่วมกับทีมเพื่อพัฒนาการให้บริการและการดำเนินงานของร้านต่อไป
- เวลาทำงานเป็นกะ มี 2 กะ คือ กะบ่ายและกะดึก มีค่ากะดึกให้/วันทำงาน
- ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ หยุดไม่ตรงกับวันเสาร์ - อาทิตย์
