- รับคำสั่งจองการขนส่งจากลูกค้า
- ติดต่อสายการบิน หรือเอเย่นต์ เพื่อจองพื้นที่ขนส่ง
- ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้า ฝ่ายขาย และฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ
- ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่ง
- ติดตามตารางเรือหรือเที่ยวบิน และแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้า
- แก้ไขหรือประสานงานเมื่อเกิดปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจอง
- บันทึกข้อมูลการจองและจัดเก็บเอกสารในระบบ
- มีประสบการณ์และสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
