What they need
ลักษณะงาน
- ประสานงาน และดำเนินการ หาพื่นที่ นำเสนอ ตกแต่ง อาคารในการเปิด**/ปิด/**ย้าย สาขา
- ประสานงานการทำสัญญาเช่า ต่อสัญญาเช่า อาคารทีทำการสาขาได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- การดำเนินการ ทำธุรกรรมต่าง ๆ กับหน่วยงานราชการ เช่น กรมสรรพากร**,** การไฟฟ้า**,** โทรศัพท์**,** การยื่นภาษีต่าง ๆ ให้กระบวนการเปิด**/ปิด/**ย้ายสาขาได้สมบูรณ์
- การดำเนินการ ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก ในการซ่อมแซมสาขา ให้แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลากำหนด
- ประสานและดำเนินการโครงการพิเศษต่าง ๆ ของกลุ่มงาน ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปฎิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
คุณสมบัติ
Education (ระดับการศึกษา)
- ปริญญาตรี ด้านการบริหารธุรกิจ, การบัญชี, เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การเปิดสาขาธนาคาร หรือ ธุรกิจที่มีสาขา อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับสัญญาเช่า
- ขับรถยนต์ได้
- เดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานตามพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ (เป็นครั้งคราว)
