รายละเอียดงาน

• บำรุงรักษาอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพดี
• จัดทำแผนงานและงบประจำปีในส่วนอาคารและสถานที่ที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ
• วางแผนและควบคุมการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• ควบคุม ดูแล จัดทำรายงานการปฏิบัติงานประจำวันและสรุปงานประจำสัปดาห์
• ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการปฎิบัติงานของแม่บ้าน, รปภ, ช่าง ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานในการทำงาน
• ควบคุม ดูแล จัดการงานบำรุงรักษาระบบสาธารณูปโภคภายในอาคาร
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษกับลูกค้าได้คล่อง

• ทุกเพศ อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป

• ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ที่เขาพระตำหนัก, แยกกระทิงลาย บางละมุงได้

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริหารจัดการอาคารชุด อย่างน้อย 3 ปี

• หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้โปรแกรม LivingOS จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีทักษะ การติดต่อสื่อสาร และประสานงานได้ดี

• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์
