📌Responsibilities

1. Build and Lead the Business Development Team

Design and establish the team structure for the Software Business Development function, including defining roles, responsibilities, solution consulting, and project management disciplines. Set clear goals and KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2. Lead Software Business Development Strategy

Drive the strategy for software and digital solution business development. Identify new opportunities, develop solution offerings, and expand the company’s software portfolio to meet market demand.

3. Own Customer Solutioning and Requirements

Take ownership of understanding customer business needs and translate them into effective software and technology solutions. Balance customer requirements with technology capabilities to ensure feasible and scalable implementations.

4. Lead End-to-End Project Execution

Oversee the planning and execution of software implementation projects. Ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved by coordinating across business, design, and product teams.

5. Bridge Business and Technology

Act as the key liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and product development teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project delivery.

6. Develop and Manage Strategic Client Relationships

Engage with key clients and partners to understand their long-term digital transformation goals and position the company’s solutions to support their growth.

7. Implement Best Practices in IT Project Management

Apply proven frameworks and methodologies to manage software projects effectively, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

📌Requirement

1. BSc in Engineering, Business administration, Information technology or relevant field with good understanding of business

2. Experience in digital or IT consulting. Background in ERP is very helpful.

3. Understanding of IT project management framework

4. Understanding of business context in industries such as retail and food

5. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills both in business and IT context

6. Good communication skills to explain complex concepts to customers and coordinate with businessand product team

7. Customer-oriented, Result-oriented, Good discipline, Adaptive

8. Knowledge about and experience AGILE, SCRUM is a plus
