- Digital Transformation: พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบงานและกระบวนการทำงานสู่รูปแบบดิจิทัล
- Workflow Development: จัดทำและปรับปรุง Workflow ให้ครอบคลุมกระบวนการทำงานทั้ง Online และ Offline
- Intranet & Digital Support: สนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบ Intranet เอกสารดิจิทัล และ Digital Signature
- Data & Presentation: รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พร้อมจัดทำรายงานและ Presentation สำหรับผู้บริหาร
- Project Coordination: สนับสนุนและติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท
- Documentation & Coordination: จัดเตรียมเอกสาร ติดตามงาน และประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- User Support & Training: ให้คำแนะนำและอบรมการใช้งานระบบ พร้อมประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office และจัดทำ Presentation ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถจัดการงานหลายด้านได้
- เรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีและระบบดิจิทัลใหม่ ๆ ได้ดี
