- จัดทําและบริหารเอกสารกระบวนการทํางานปัจจุบัน ศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลการทํางานจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง จัดทํา As-Is Process, Process Flow, Work Instruction และเอกสารประกอบกระบวนการให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน
- วิเคราะห์และออกแบบกระบวนการทํางานใหม่ วิเคราะห์ Pain Point, Bottleneck, Duplication และ Root Cause ของแต่ละกระบวนการ พร้อมออกแบบ To-Be Process ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ทันสมัย และสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- ระบุโอกาสในการประยุกต์ใช้ AI และ IT วิเคราะห์และนําเสนอโอกาสในการใช้ AI, Automation หรือ IT Solution เพื่อลดขั้นตอน ลดงาน Manual ลดข้อผิดพลาด และเพิ่ม Productivity ของแต่ละกระบวนการ
- กําหนดและติดตามตัวชี้วัดของกระบวนการ กําหนด KPI และ Baseline ก่อนการปรับปรุง วัดผลหลังการดําเนินการ และติดตามผลลัพธ์ด้าน Efficiency, Cycle Time, Productivity, Quality และ Cost อย่างต่อเนื่อง
