หน้าที่หลัก
- รับและตอบสายโทรศัพท์จากผู้มารับบริการและผู้โทรอย่างมืออาชีพพร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลอย่างถูกต้อง
- ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการทางการแพทย์ ตารางเวลาของแพทย์ ค่าใช้จ่ายทางการแพทย์ และความเอื้อเฟื้อทางสุขภาพต่างๆ
- ช่วยผู้มารับบริการในการจองนัดหมายกับแพทย์ผ่านโทรศัพท์อย่างเป็นระเบียบและรวดเร็ว
- จัดการปัญหาและข้อกังวลของผู้มารับบริการด้วยความเมตตา และประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อการแก้ไขที่ยั่งยืน
- บันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อและการให้บริการในระบบอย่างถูกต้องเพื่อการติดตามและการประเมินคุณภาพบริการ
คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริการลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งการพูดน้ำเสียงไพเราะและการฟังจับประเด็น
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบสุขภาพและบริการทางการแพทย์
- มีความสามารถในการจัดการความเครียด ความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีม
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือคอมพิวเตอร์ พิมพ์ดีดไทย/อังกฤษได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
