ตำแหน่ง : Admin ตอบแชทคัดกรอง Lead (Chat Admin & Lead Qualification Specialist)

Job Summary: ดูแลการตอบแชทลูกค้าแบบเรียลไทม์ผ่านทุกช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดีย คัดกรองและพัฒนา Lead ให้กลายเป็น Qualified/Hot Lead พร้อมอัปเดตข้อมูลในระบบ CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) และส่งต่อทีมขายได้อย่างแม่นยำ เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่สื่อสารดี ใส่ใจรายละเอียด และมีใจรักบริการ ร่วมเป็นด่านแรกที่สร้างความประทับใจให้ลูกค้าในทุกการสนทนา

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ตอบแชทลูกค้าจากทุกช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียในทันที เพื่อคัดกรองคุณภาพ Lead ที่ส่งต่อมาจากฝั่ง Marketing
• บันทึกและจัดหมวดหมู่สถานะลูกค้าในระบบ CRM จาก Lead ทั่วไป ให้เป็น Qualified Lead พร้อมอัปเดตข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
• นำเสนอข้อมูลหลักสูตรเบื้องต้นของบริษัทอย่างถูกต้อง ชัดเจน เพื่อกระตุ้นความสนใจและเปลี่ยน Lead ทั่วไปให้กลายเป็น Hot Lead
• ส่งต่อข้อมูลลูกค้าที่มีความสนใจสูง (Hot Lead) ให้ทีมขายได้อย่างแม่นยำและทันท่วงที

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปวส./ปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารจับใจความและพิมพ์ตอบแชทดี ใช้ภาษาถูกต้อง สุภาพ น่าเชื่อถือ
• สามารถใช้งานระบบ CRM ได้ (เช่น HubSpot หรือ Zoho CRM) หรือเรียนรู้ได้เร็ว
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการจัดการข้อมูล ไม่ตกหล่น
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลา และมีใจรักบริการ (Service Mind)
• หากมีประสบการณ์ตอบแชทคัดกรองลูกค้าในธุรกิจเทรนนิ่ง สถาบันติว หรือคอร์สเรียน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
